Terms of Use

Last updated 19 June 2026. These terms govern your use of Aristevo and the transfers booked through it. By creating an account or making a booking, you accept them.

1. What Aristevo is

Aristevo operates a licensed electronic intermediation service (φορέας διαμεσολάβησης, Greek Law 4530/2018) that connects guests with independent, licensed transport providers — EIX chauffeur and, where offered, EDX taxi. Aristevo is an intermediary, not a carrier: the transport itself is performed by the independent provider under its own licence, and that provider remains solely responsible for it.

2. Bookings & fares

Rides are pre‑booked. Fares are fixed and all‑inclusive at the time of booking — covering distance, tolls, parking and the included waiting time — and are inclusive of Greek VAT (13%) and of Aristevo’s intermediation remuneration. Additional charges (waiting beyond the included window, extra stops, extra luggage, child seats, airport Meet & Greet, or a no‑show) are itemised and shown before they are applied.

3. Changes to prices & conditions

We may change our prices and service conditions from time to time. Any change applies only to new bookings made after it takes effect; the price and conditions of a booking you have already confirmed are fixed for that ride and are never changed retroactively. Material changes are published in advance with an updated effective date.

4. Cancellations & no‑show

Cancellations made more than two hours before the scheduled pickup are free; within two hours a fee may apply. Where a delay is caused by a tracked flight, we assess it fairly and do not penalise you for your airline. Free waiting time is 40 minutes for airport/port pickups and 15 minutes elsewhere, from the scheduled pickup; a passenger no‑show after the free waiting time may be charged the fare.

5. Payment

Payment is taken securely via our payment processor using the card you save in the app. By booking you authorise the charge for the agreed fare and any itemised extras. A receipt — or a company invoice (τιμολόγιο) on request — is issued in compliance with myDATA. Refunds for cancelled, paid rides follow the cancellation policy above.

6. Conduct & standards

Guests agree to be ready on time, provide accurate details (including flight number where relevant) and treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Providers agree to maintain valid licensing, insurance and roadworthiness, to arrive on time and to deliver the standard Aristevo requires. We may suspend any account that breaches these obligations or that we suspect of fraud.

7. Liability

The transport service is provided by the independent provider, who holds the required licences and insurance. Aristevo’s liability is limited to its role as intermediary and, to the extent permitted by Greek and EU law, to the amount paid for the affected booking. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your consumer rights).

8. Data protection

We process personal data in line with the GDPR. Because each role shares different data with us, we keep a dedicated privacy notice for each — see our Privacy notices.

9. Complaints & disputes

For any complaint, email hello@aristevo.com and we’ll aim to respond promptly. Consumers may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή) and use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens, without prejudice to mandatory consumer‑protection rights.

10. Regulatory status

Aristevo is a licensed electronic intermediation operator under Law 4530/2018. Rides and rental contracts are registered in the Ministry of Infrastructure & Transport digital registry as required; we intermediate only for licensed EIX/EDX providers; minimum advance‑booking and other EIX rules apply.
