EIX & compliance

Every company on Aristevo operates under a valid Greek licence — a private hire licence for chauffeured vehicles (Ε.Ι.Χ. με οδηγό) or, where offered, a taxi licence (Ε.Δ.Χ.). We never dispatch a ride to an unlicensed vehicle or driver.

Before a company carries a single passenger, we verify its EIX/EDX licence, tax registration (ΑΦΜ) and chamber registration, the insurance and ΚΤΕΟ roadworthiness of every vehicle, and the professional driving licence of every chauffeur. Documents are kept current — a lapse means the vehicle stops receiving rides until it is resolved.

Each ride is registered and accompanied by the transport documentation Greek law requires, and a receipt — or a company invoice (τιμολόγιο) on request — is issued in compliance with myDATA, the Greek tax authority’s e-invoicing system.

Aristevo operates within Greece’s framework for electronic intermediation of passenger transport (Law 4530/2018): we connect guests with independent, licensed operators and register the rides and contracts as required. We are an intermediary — the transport itself is provided by the licensed operator, who remains responsible for it.

The price you see is the price you pay. Fares are fixed at booking and include Greek VAT (13% on passenger transport), tolls, parking and the agreed waiting time. Nothing is added at the kerb, and any optional extras are itemised before you confirm.
