How is the fare calculated?+

Every fare is fixed and all-inclusive when you book — distance, tolls, parking and waiting are already in the price. No surge, no surprises at the kerb.

Do you track my flight?+

Yes. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup time automatically if it lands early or late, with generous free wait time included.

How much free waiting is included?+

Up to 60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes elsewhere, included free. Beyond that a transparent per-minute rate may apply, shown to you.

Can I cancel?+

Free cancellation more than 2 hours before pickup. Inside 2 hours a fee may apply. Flight-delay situations are handled case by case — we won’t penalise you for your airline.

How do I pay?+

Securely in the app with a saved card. You’re charged for the fixed fare; any agreed extra (e.g. waiting beyond the free window) is itemised and shown.

Which vehicle classes are there?+

Economy, Business, SUV, First Class SUV, Economy Van, Business Van, First Class and Minibus — from a Škoda Superb to a Mercedes S-Class, a Range Rover or a Sprinter.

Where do you operate?+

Airports, seaports, city centres, hotels and resorts, business districts and any intercity route in between. Don’t see your destination? We’ll arrange it.

Are the chauffeurs vetted?+

Thoroughly. Every company is licensed, insured and safety-inspected; every chauffeur is photo- and licence-verified, English-speaking and continuously rated.
