Privacy Notice — Fleets & Dispatchers

Business identity (legal/trade name, ΑΦΜ, ΓΕΜΗ, ΔΟΥ, address, licence and registry status); authorised users (name, role, contact, login credentials, activity logs); vehicles and their documents (registration / άδεια κυκλοφορίας, insurance, ΚΤΕΟ, vehicle class); finance (bank/IBAN for payouts, earnings, settlement and invoices via myDATA); and performance and reliability records.

To onboard and manage the partnership, dispatch rides and settle payouts (performance of a contract); to verify licences, link vehicles to the EIX registry and meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); and for quality, fraud prevention and dispute resolution (legitimate interests).

Passengers — limited information needed for the ride (fleet/vehicle identity); our payment, hosting and messaging providers, as processors; and the Ministry registry and the tax authority (ΑΑΔΕ/myDATA) as legally required.

Where your company is itself the controller of your drivers’ personal data, you have your own GDPR obligations toward them. This notice concerns the data Aristevo processes.

Partnership records for the duration of the partnership and as needed for disputes; tax, accounting and payout records for the period required by Greek law; user accounts while active and for a limited period afterwards.
